Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We ship via domestic USPS Priority Mail including Alaska and Hawaii. For larger residential and commercial orders, we ship via UPS Ground.
Shipping Time:
Orders are shipped the same day if we receive them by 11 am EST Monday-Friday. Orders received after 11 am EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Saturday and Sunday or on US National Holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive your order in 2-4 business days depending on your location. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii take 4-5 business days and have the same shipping rate as the 48 continental states via USPS Priority Mail.
Order Tracking:
Shipping and tracking notifications are provided via email or text (whichever you submitted in checkout) on all orders, but may take up to 24 hrs. to show up. If you haven't received a notification, please check your spam folder.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns:
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order; however, accidents do happen on rare occasions. If you happen to receive an order that is damaged, please bring it to our attention right away so that we can either refund or replace the damaged item(s). We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a photo of the item(s).
