Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We ship via domestic USPS Ground Advantage. For larger residential and commercial orders, we ship via UPS Ground.
Shipping Time:
Orders received by 10 AM EST M-F will ship the same day. Orders received after 10 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not shipped on US National Holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive your order in 2-4 business days depending on your location. Orders to Alaska & Hawaii take 4-5 business days and have the same shipping rate as the 48 continental states.
Order Tracking:
Shipping and tracking notifications are provided via email or text (whichever you submitted in checkout) on all orders, but may take up to 24 hrs. to show up. If you haven't received a notification, please check your spam folder.
NOTE: Please be aware of your tracking and order arrival time. If your order is too large for your mailbox, or if no one is present to receive the order, USPS may hold it at the nearest post office.
International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns:
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order; however, accidents do happen on rare occasions. If you happen to receive an order that is damaged, please bring it to our attention within 7 days.
Note: Upon our follow up, you will asked to provide a photo(s) of the damaged item(s), at which point, we will either refund or replace the damaged item(s).
